After you visit the doctor, we will send the medical bill directly to the insurance company for claim settlement. You will only be required to pay the policy deductible, amounts in excess of the policy benefit cap and any exclusions specified by the policy. Whether the medical treatment you receive is covered by your insurance depends on your agreement with your insurance company.
